Monthly Payment Structure

Delivery & Usage
Content is filmed, edited, and delivered throughout the month to keep your platforms active and visible.
All deliverables must be used within the same calendar month and do not carry over.
Clients are expected to:

Revisions
Each deliverable includes one revision.
Additional revisions are billed based on scope.
This allows flexibility while maintaining efficiency and deadlines.
Professional Standard
You are hiring a professional creative team with advanced equipment, systems, and proven experience.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
Any violation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Cancellation
All retainers are binding.

Mid-month cancellations: deposit is retained, no refunds on unused deliverables

Early termination of a retainer: cancellation fee may apply
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
