I am Christina Setliff, though most people know me as Xtina. I grew up in Washington DC’s nightlife, surrounded by music, fashion, and culture, and those worlds shaped me into the creator I am today.
What began as a passion for editing videos and making content has grown into XtinaDC, a full creative agency that builds identity and presence for both musicians and businesses. We create professional video, photography, branding, and design, shaping how people are seen and remembered. I built this brand to be proof of what I deliver for others...

My roots are in music. I started with Steez Promo, eventually becoming the face of the company, then worked as an ambassador for Echostage, one of DC’s premier venues. From there I expanded into editing and production, collaborating with Live Nation, Insomniac, Warner Bros, and other leaders in the industry. I have worked on projects for major artists and venues while continuing my own journey as a video editor, content creator, and brand builder.
XtinaDC is more than a service. It is culture and community. It is a blog that amplifies stories, fashion that carries identity, and creative work that makes people unforgettable.
Advocacy also lives at the center of who I am. After losing my ex-boyfriend Koi to an overdose, I partnered with End Overdose to raise awareness, fundraise, and fight for harm reduction in nightlife. I want venues in DC to be safer, healthier, and more inclusive. I also advocate for marginalized voices, because they are the ones who shaped the music and nightlife scenes we celebrate. Inclusivity and progress are not side notes, they are built into this brand.

We build content and identity for musicians, for businesses, and for a community that reaches beyond any single lane. This brand has grown into something bigger than content creation. It is movement.
